Full description

The Industrial Relations Policy Services Unit provided services to the minister and departmental officers. The aim of the division was to keep the minister and senior departmental officers informed on private sector industrial relations issues and to promote the government's industrial relations policies and ensure that policy objectives are met. The files in this series were created to document the development and implementation of industrial relations policy, the establishment and implementation of programs to support that policy.
