This series is comprised of a single volume Trial Balance Book for the Culcairn Shire Council. This volume is a draft volume as the information was initially collected and the information would have been transferred to the proper volume at a later date.
The page headings are handwritten and include: General Fund, Temporary Loan Fund, Trust Fund, Culcairn Sanitary and garbage Fund, Henty Sanitary and Garbage Fund, Walla Walla Sanitary Fund, Henty Street Lighting Fund, and the Henty Loan Fund. The headings for each column are also hand written and include: balances, Income and Expenditure, Assets and Liabilities, along with Debit and Credit columns for each heading.
