This series is comprised of a single Plant Book for the Culcairn Shire Council.
This volume includes: description of plant; date received; From who obtained; value (or cost delivered to Headquarters); issued for use on – work or service, date; date returned to stock; charges made against work for depreciation, with no. of days, rate per day, amount; date and cost of repairs.
At the back of the volume there are two extra tabs, one for the Water Fund Plant and the other for Town Improvement Funds Plant.
