Full description

This series is comprised of a collection of reports submitted to the Shire Council at their monthly meetings. They are contained within one volume bound together from individual papers, with each section separated by a green title page.These pages are labelled 30/1, 30/2, 30/3, etc. (the volume has the numeral '30' on the spine). For example, section 30/1 contains the President's Reports for the year 1924.

The reports may be typed or handwritten and may consist of financial accounts, contracts carried out or underway, proposals to Council for works, personnel requests, inspections made and recommendations from inspections.
