This issue share stories about how the Bathurst Teachers' College began, with an 'Unofficual History of the College,' and a list of Who's Who, including staff and students. Collection of College Newspapers from the Bathurst Teachers' College ranging from when the College opened in 1951 through to 1955.

The first year's worth of newspapers have an unusual volume and issue numbering system, which starts with Volume 1, Number 1 in July 1951 and continues through to number 9 in April 1952. The numbering system then resets in May 1953 with Volume 1, number 1 of the 'New Panorama.'
