This series consists of agenda papers for the meetings of the Exclusions Appeals Committee of the Mitchell College of Advanced Education.

The agendas, which also included any attachments for the meetings, are all typed and arranged in chronological order. The agendas outline the format that the meetings followed and the matters that were to be addressed. This includes the attachments which gave members attending the meeting extra information pertaining to the topics for discussion on the agenda. Both the agendas and attachments were circulated prior to the meetings.

This committee consisted of the Chairman, Enrolments Officer, Assistant Enrolments Officer, Student Centre Representative, Directors and Deans representing each of the different Faculties and Schools within the College, also the Assistant Principal, and a Representative of the Staff Association. The purpose of the Exclusions Appeals Committee was to determine if students who appealed against exclusion were to be successful, or if the excluson would stand. All decisions by the Committee were final. The Committee was also responsible for providing information about Exclusion Regulations, Information for students wishing to appeal exclusion, letter (template) for excluded students wishing to appeal, also also the Committee's procedural guidelines.
