Two printed booklets consisting of an index to the meetings held by the Academic Board of the Mitchell College of Advanced Education.

The first booklet covers the meetings from the period from 1980 to 1985, and was prepared by the Secretariat in January 1986. The second booklet covers the period from 1986 to 1988, and was prepared by the Secretariat in January 1989. The index is arranged alphabetically by topic. Beneath the topic title is a list of sub-topics discussed at the meetings with the date of the meeting and reference to the page number in the minutes of the meetings.

Committees included in the meetings index include: Aboriginal Education Committee; Academic Board; Admissions Committee; Assessment Committee; Board of Studies; Exclusions Appeal Committee; External Teaching Committee; Literacy Committee and School Board; amongst others.
