This series consists of a volume outlining the duties of various officers, security measures, and procedures taken when organising activities for the residents of Endeavour House at Tamworth. It was kept in the staff room of the facility for staff reference. Each officer was required to familiarise themselves with, and abide by, the orders in the book.

Examples of the type of material in the volume include instructions regarding the alarm bell system, the conduct of contraband checks, night conduct of inmates, night duty routines, daily timetable, daily work schedule, duties of officers and instructors, procedures for various activities (e.g. recreation), and special duties instructions.

There is a table of contents in the front of the volume giving the title for each order plus page number, but this only covers about a third of the actual contents.
