This series consists of two volumes recording medical complaints of residents of Endeavour House at Tamworth, and any treatments administered as a result.
Details recorded include date, name of resident, complaint and treatment, and are arranged in chronological order by date of complaint. Each entry provides a brief note of the complaint and the name of any medication administered, or instructions to be followed.
