Several annual reports from the SPCC are also included in this series.The series is arranged chronologically, in file number order. The early files, dating between 1971 and 1977, appear to have been captured into the SPCC filing system in 1977. This series consists of files containing minutes of meetings from the State Pollution Control Commission (SPCC). Each file relates to a single meeting and contains the agenda for that meeting and the submissions to the Commission for each agenda item. A copy of the minutes from the previous meeting as well as additional reports and documents related to the submissions are included on each file. Some files also contain the original handwritten draft minutes from the meeting and many have had a typed copy of the minutes for that meeting added to the file.
