The information given here includes: name; service number; registered number; whether Mounted or Foot; date of birth; height and weight on joining; eyes; hair; complexion; native of which place; whether married or single; previous calling; religion; examinations and qualifications (eg ambulance, life saving, motor driver / cyclist); record of punishments and court proceedings; special qualifications; special services; record of services and stations (district, Police Station, date and duty); miscellaneous (eg marks in particular training classes, attendance at civil defence courses, etc) and appointments.
