This register contains a summary record of Crown Lands offered as annual lease, improvement lease, special lease or occupation licence by auction or tender in the Land District of Tumbarumba, kept by the Tumbarumba Lands Office.

The register records information such as: the class of Lease or Licence (whether Annual Lease, Improvement Lease, Special Lease or Occupation Licence); block number; area; date of Gazette notice of (last) offer; name and address of purchaser or applicant; date of sale; date of receipt of tender after auction or closing date; deposit of rent or licence fee; amount of rent or survey fee deposited; amount of deposit on improvements; gazetted number of lease and any further remarks.
