Full description

The tribunal files document the decisions of remuneration payable to Chief Executives and Senior Executive Officers (SES), Judges and Magistrates and Public Office Holders. A revue of remuneration payable is often brought about by the position becoming vacant, responsibilities changing or by a request for a revue by the position holder.

Included within the tribunal files is information relating to a position such as copies of legislation, annual reports and information booklets. The covers of the tribunal files record the position title and statutory or other office title. The files are numbered and are arranged numerically by this number.

In addition to the tribunal files, some of the items are copies of published reference material along with supporting documentation gathered to assist the Tribunal in making appropriate remuneration payable decisions. Included are responses by other States to enquiries about equivalent remunerations payable. These files do not have the same numerical number system as the tribunal files.

The physical format of the tribunal files are foolscap papers attached to a backing sheet by a file pin. The supporting documentation and published material are in various formats and are placed within foolscap manila folders.
