This series of valuation books from the Culcairn Shire Council records the valuation of properties as assessed. From 1929 to 1949, the valuations are in the format of loose individual cards; from 1949 onwards, they have been bound into small books.

These valuation books consist of the following information: the name and address of both the owner and occupier, county, street name, parish, subdivision, unimproved value, improved value, assessed annual value and date and initials of valuers.
