Full description

This series is comprised of volumes containing the minutes of meetings held by the Culcairn Shire Council. The volumes also include the minutes of Special Meetings and Public Meetings.

The minutes have been handwritten into the volumes. Each set of minutes was signed by the Chairman, usually at the following meeting, when the minutes were read and confirmed. Committees reporting to the Council at each meeting included: the Health Committee, the Finance Committee and the Works Committee.
