This series consists of four files containing judgments made by the New South Wales Coal Compensation Review Tribunal. The judgements relate to claims lodged by appellants for compensation under clause 11 of the Coal Acquisition (Compensation) Arrangement 1985 made pursuant to the Coal Acquisition Act, 1981 (Act No.109, 1981).

The tribunal's findings for each claim are detailed and the judgements signed-off by the Chairman of the Tribunal and two other members. Consent orders and Supreme Court decisions are also included in the files. The files are arranged in chronological order and judgements within the files arranged by appeal number in chronological order. In the front of each file is an index which lists the appeals contained within the file.
