This series is a bound volume comprising information on rations for police horses.
It includes details: Date, No. of rations for forage drawn for horses belonging to station, No. of rations drawn for Police horses belonging to other stations, By whom ridden, On what duty, No. of rations issued for other than the Police Service, Particulars, Total Oats or Maize lbs, Bran lbs, Hay lbs, Straw lbs with totals at the end of the page. Overleaf is the monthly forage return for the forage store account - includes stock in hand from previous month and tally of oats, bran, hay and straw.
