This series consists of administrative files from the New South Wales Coal Compensation Board. Included are files relating to Board membership, the development of policy and procedures, ministerial briefings and correspondence and files relating to the development of legislation. Also included are files regarding legal matters including tribunal appeals, Supreme Court documents and Crown Solicitor's advice. Files containing staff circulars, budget working papers, expenditure documents and corporate planning documents are also included in the series.
The files are in single running number with some having alphabetical suffixes for parts. They have been arranged in file number order.
