This Moneys Due Book records those people who owe money to the Court, resulting from offences such as drunkenness, indecent language, not owning licences for miscellaneous things, and other breaches of the law which require fines to be paid. The following information for each entry: date, number of case, complainant’s name, defendant’s name, offence, fines, values, and wages, costs, expiration of time allowed for payment, extension time allowed for payment, when capias was issued, who received by, when imprisoned as per gaol return, amount paid, when paid, and any remarks.
