Revenue was also collected from Sheep Assessment (30 Vic. 16) and the Sale of Government Property.A number of blank columns were also provided on each folio. This series is comprised of one volume recording a summary of the fees, fines and licences collected by the Clerk of Petty Sessions at Corowa.

Each folio records one month of revenue, at the end of which the amounts are totalled. The date the money was remitted to Treasury is recorded, as well the Treasury receipt number and date the receipt was received. One column records the corresponding Cash Book folio number for each day's entry.
