Inside the cover of the second volume in this series, there is a handwritten list of dates. It is headed by the words "Monthly Court days at Barellan during 1932".

After the last entry in the fourth volume of this series, is a handwritten note: "Now see type-numbered bench sheets installed on 1st September 1949".
