This series consists of agenda and reports from the Sydney Opera House Trust Public Relations and Amenities Committee. This committee replaced the existing Public Relations Committee in January 1976. The role of the committee was to consider and report to the Trust ways of maintaining and improving the public image of the Sydney Opera House, to recommend policies regarding the preparation, publication and distribution of publicity material and the organisation of tours of the House. The committee was also involved in investigating and reporting on amenities and any modifications, furnishings and decorations needed in public areas of the House.

The agenda and reports are arranged in chronological order over three folders and consist of documents such as correspondence, managerial reports and submissions that relate to the items outlined in the agenda.
