This series consists of a folder containing agenda and reports and unsigned copies of minutes of the Sydney Opera House Trust Public Relations Committee. The Public Relations Committee was established to consider and report to the Trust on all aspects of public relations relating to the opening period of the Sydney Opera House.

The minutes give the date, time and place of the meeting, list who from the committee was present, outline the business arising for that meeting and document any decisions made by the committee. Accompanying the minutes are reports to the committee providing information on the outcomes and planning of public relations activities.

Issues regularly discussed by the committee include the organisation of displays, publicity material and advertising campaigns to promote the Opera House, the organisation tours of the House and the purchase of furniture and equipment for public areas of the House.
