The volumes in this series contain the record of matters discussed at staff meetings held at Sawtell Public School, along with copies of some material (mostly relating to curriculum matters) presented to these meetings. Matters of curriculum, discipline and the school’s daily routine were addressed at these meetings, which were normally held at fortnightly intervals at the beginning of the year, and monthly thereafter.

The portion of this series currently held consists of a single volume containing the records of staff meetings held during the years 1966-1968. The accounts of the meetings are typescript copies which have been either pasted into the volumes or attached to the pages. The record of each meeting has been signed or initialled by all members of staff present.
