These records comprise copies of exhibits, a set of the transcripts, two copies of the printed Report, administrative files, and records of Messrs. Grove and Pritchard, who were the Counsel assisting the Royal Commission. The records of Messrs. Groves and Pritchard, which are nearly all photocopies, include copies of: exhibits; personal files; chronology and transcript summary; transcript index; and correspondence.

The records at 4/9091-94 comprise exhibits (open) and final submissions, a transcript index, transcripts of proceedings 16 May-7 July 1983, and two copies of the printed report of the Commission.
