Full description

Minor submissions, although assigned a submission number, were arranged alphabetically. Major submissions, most of which were referred to other contributors or interested parties, such as those tendered by some Councils and Government departments, were maintained separately and are here arranged by their registered number.

The files often include correspondence, and attachments in addition to the Submission itself. Some of the files do not relate to formal written submissions but to organisations and individuals who gave oral evidence during the Inquiry.

The dates given are those on which the submissions were received by the Inquiry. Some submissions would contain material of an earlier date.
