This series comprises the valuation books of the Municipality of Annandale. Every year, each local council was required to set the level of and collect rates in respect of all rateable properties within the shire district. Valuation books usually consist of the following information: the name and address of both the owner and occupier, county, street name, parish, subdivision, unimproved value, improved value, assessed annual value and date and initials of valuers.
