This series consists of the master reference set of Agenda for the monthly meetings of the Committee of Deans, along with some of the attachments which made up the Committee's business papers, and associated memoranda and circulars. Subjects dealt with include enrollments, examinations, statistics, student records, administration of higher degrees, staffing levels and staff remuneration. The final item is the memorandum by which the University Secretary cancelled the meeting set for 26th March, 1979, which turned out to be the end of the Committee's operation.
