These records are monthly financial statements which set out the actual expenditure amounts and income for the Waugoola Shire Council. The statements contain information as follows:
(a) Expenditure for: general purposes; public works; health administration; public services; shire property; loan repayments; contract works; bitumen sealing works bridge works aggregate sundries and miscellaneous.
(b) Income from: sundry income; government grants; Department of Main Roads grants; other income, general rates.
These statements were signed by the Chairman, President and Shire Clerk after they were presented to the Finance Committee at Finance Meetings and to the Council.
This series takes the form bundles of papers and first two items are handwritten.
