Full description
These volumes detail the routine running of the Broken Hill Fire Station recording fires and fire attendance, training exercises (drills), equipment inspections, turnouts, and station parades, along with special events. The time of each event or the notification time for each incident is logged with description of the occurrence and the names of personnel responding also listed.
NRS 16270 [I] was originally part of NRS 563 Station occurrence books [Sample] forwarded to the Archives Authority of NSW in 1977. It became part of this series when subsequent volumes were transferred from the NSW Fire Brigades commencing in 1996
