Full description

This series consists of the agendas and papers (including attachments) for the meetings of the Charles Sturt University (CSU) Interim Board of Governors. This agency was the foundation governing body of CSU during 1989 and 1990, and was involved in the initial process of establishing the University and its development.

The agendas and papers are all typed and are arranged in chronological order. The agendas are presented first followed by the attachments and any relevant correspondence.

The agendas outlined the format that the meetings would follow and those specific matters that were to be addressed. Both the agendas and the attachments were circulated prior to the actual meetings.

It should be noted that this series of agendas does include the minutes of the previous meetings. For example, the agenda for meeting number 2/89 will include the minutes of the previous meeting, that is, 1/89. Therefore to locate the minutes of a certain meeting one needs to look at the agenda of the following meeting.
