Full description

This series consists of a folder with an index to the film reels, audio and visual cassettes and television scripts in the H (Heath), MH ( Mental Health) and VT (Production for Department of Health) series. The H, MH and VT series were created by the NSW Department of Health for educational and training purposes and previously stored at the NSW Film and Television Office.

The index contains a table of contents and lists the items numerically and alphabetically. The Format Information Log contains the project number, title, date completed, the name of the director and producer, sound, narrator, cast members as well as a brief synopsis.
