These comprise six folders of the published transcripts of the Commission's hearings, 22 August 1973 to 19 March 1974, and one folder of photocopied transcripts of in camera hearings, held between 4 September 1973 and 24 January 1974. The folders are marked "Commissioner's Transcripts" and contain annotations. Each folder includes an alphabetical index to witnesses.

Also included are lists of exhibits and M.F.I. (Marked for Identification) documents; exhibits, M.F.I. and other documents relating to the Royal Commission; and newspaper cuttings.
