The Executive Committee was the major decision-making body of the Home Help Services of NSW. The Committee meetings usually were held monthly and the minutes document the current priority issues of the service. The issues dealt with at the meetings included organisation and planning for the service, organisational structure and constitution matters; human resources, staff development and industrial matters, statements of duties, reports were received from the senior staff and various branches. There were occasional special and extraordinary meetings devoted to a particular issue and new initiatives.
