These are organisation charts and reports detailing the operations, functions, duties, procedures, objectives, and staffing establishments, both at corporate levels and of the various branches and administrative units, including rail, bus, and business divisions.

The charts vary considerably in detail, some showing only the names of the branches or positions, other give the name of the incumbent, or when appropriate the number of positions and the gradings.

The records also vary in physical format including charts, blue prints and files. Some contain text including the role of the various branches or the responsibilities of the various officers.

The series would appear to have been accumulated for sundry purposes including staff planning, induction and organisational restructure.
