This series records the following information: consecutive number, folio number, subject, scale, original department/office that supplied the plan, date and remarks. This series is dated 7th September 1950, however, it contains reference to plans that date from 1900.

This list is very similar to NRS 13420 Catalogue of plans used by the Circular Quay Supervisory Committee and appears to be an index to NRS 13419 Plans used by the Circular Quay Supervisory Committee and NRS 13421 Maps used by the Circular Quay Supervisory Committee.
