This a partial index to the Devonshire Street Cemetery, Re-interment Register.

The Index is arranged alphabetically by the first letter of the surname, and lists name of deceased, (where more than one person shared a burial site the first names of all occupants of the site are listed after their common surname), also listed are Devonshire Street Cemetery number, religious denomination, and either new number and trench, or "no remains".

Also included as loose pages inside the volume is a one page report dated 14 January 1946 from Foxall and Lines, Surveyors, to Botany Cemetery Trust, stating that 483 graves had been marked out in Section 14 General, together with a sketch plan in illustration.
