This series comprises the main registry documents from commencement through to deregistration of a financial institution. Deregistration of a Society occurs on termination which may result from transfer, merger, dissolution, or liquidation. The series includes the following financial institutions: building societies, credit unions, friendly societies, and co-operative housing societies. Included are the Rules of each financial institution which FINCOM supervised, including current registered rules and old rules which have been superseded by the current ones.

The series contains Certificate of Incorporation, List of Directors who currently hold office, Report of Directors Declaration of Interest, Return as to Directors Declaration of Interest, Notice of Change of Registered Office, Documentation relating to Charges, Notification of Details of Changes, Transfer of Engagements, and Notice of appointment of Ceasing to Act.
