Chronological record of doctor's visits showing the date of the visit, the surname of the patient, the nature of the complaint, and a brief description of the treatment given. The visits are initialled by the Matron. From 14 January 1930 to 30 September 1936, the medical charges for each patient are noted. A list of charges is in the front of the volume.
