This is a printed report prepared by Rendel, Palmer and Tritton, Consulting Engineers, London. From signatures and annotations it appears to have been the personal copy of the Supervising Engineer, Water Conservation and Irrigation. The report suggests works that are necessary to make the dam safe under existing conditions, and includes the scope of such works and diagrams.
