* an Account of horses sold at auction by Simeon Lord on account of the Government 24 December 1821;
* Account of rents received by the Chief Engineer, 6 May 1828;
* Account of John Oxley, Surveyor General 8 October 1823-24 August 1824;
* Account of fines levied by the Bench of Magistrates at Parramatta, 1824;
* Certificate of cattle received from the slaughter house into the stores, 1 July-30 September 1825;
* Account of arrears of quit rent, and covering letter from Surveyor General, 10 November 1825;
* statement of money owed by James Wilshire to Government, 23 August-29 December 1825;
* miscellaneous letter wrappers 1828;
* memoranda and draft of letters 1829;
* blank abstract forms, n.d.; and a
* abstracts of provisions, fuel etc., issued to the military and staff Departments from H.M. Magazines at Parramatta, August and September 1832.
