Full description
Case papers of actions begun in the Supreme Court, but not coming to judgment (due to the matter being settled out of court or referred to arbitration). Case papers include pleas, appearances, bills of costs, subpoenas, summonses, court orders etc.
In the event of any action coming to judgment the relevant case papers together with the Judgment roll, many be found in NRS-13721, Judgment rolls, 1817-24.
