The forms in this series, dated from prior to 1800 to 1820, include those for mortgages, leases, deeds of partnership, powers of attorney, indenture for assigned servant, bond of arbitration, deed of gift for an annuity, various deeds of conveyances of land, deeds of assignment, charter parties of affreightment, warrants on ha fa, writs of summons to coroner, warrants of commitment to debtor's prison, appointment of bailiff and special bailiff, bailiff's return to writ of fa fa,  assignment for overdraft to Bank of New South Wales, preamble to a will of a person in health, probate and administration bonds, warrants of attachment, agreement for sale of a freehold estate, recognisance of bail, Provost Marshal's sale of property in satisfaction of writ, recognisance for performance of judgment, and forms from the Governors Court and other courts. Some of the forms include the names of colonists.

It also includes an order of court in matters of debt (circa 1801), Governor King's Rule of Court in cases of Appeal to the King (20 October 1803) and Rules and Orders of the Supreme Court of Civil Judicature (1 May 1817).

Rules of Practice etc., Table of Fees in the Supreme Court of Civil and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of New South Wales and its Dependencies (31 May 1820) was removed from this series and now forms NRS 13728.
