These volumes comprise Curator's memoranda, mainly relating to letters to be sent for the purpose of obtaining specific information in particular intestacies (ie. affidavits of death, writing to private persons regarding claims on individual estates), reminders to pay claims on estates etc.



Material contained in the third volume is more diverse and also includes applications to be appointed Curator's agents in certain districts, more complete details of intestate's relations and acknowledgments of receipts.
