Full description

The volumes consist of copies of Court orders issued by the Supreme Court in Lunacy concerning matters connected with insane or incapable persons. The orders issued relate to such matters as declarations of insanity, appointment or discharge of guardians, sale of property, confirmation of Master in Lunacy reports and instructions for the Master to visit patients.

An alphabetical index is located at the front of each volume which gives name, date of order, relevant page number and usually remarks (eg. description of order).
