The Minute books comprise minutes and memoranda relating to Board decisions on the granting of pensions and compensation payments to Public Servants. The information provided consists of details of the person's name and employing department, the amount of pension or other payments to be granted, and the retirement date of the pensioner.

20 Feb 1924-10 Sep 1925 (10/39887 part), 11 May 1927-6 Feb 1929 (10/39888), Feb 1929-May 1932 (10/34827-28), Jun 1932-Mar 1934 (10/39889), Oct 1935-Mar 1937 (10/34829 part), Mar 1937-Oct 1938 (7/13210). 7 vols.

A note at the back of 7/13210 states that "On 15.9.38, President instructed that Minute Book and Index be discontinued".
