This series is the register for memoranda and articles of association.
Each volume commences with an index containing the name of the entity and its reference number. This is followed by a chronological register of entities, in order of the date the documents were lodged.
The register contains the following headings:
- Number,
- Name of Association,
- By whom lodged,
- For what Dealings (eg, transfer, mortgage discharge) from about 1912 onwards, this includes lodgement or dealing numbers, and
- Date.
The register entries relate to the Memoranda and articles of association, rules of societies, companies, etc in NRS 13022.
