Full description

A record (Form E (2)) kept in pursuance of section 20 of the New South Wales Companies Act, 1899. It lists persons holding shares in Lipton Ltd. for the year preceding 24 June 1908. It shows folio in share register, surname, Christian names, address, occupation, account of shares, remarks. Under the heading "account of shares", it shows the number of shares held, amount paid or deemed to be paid for such shares, particulars of shares transferred during the preceding year, and particulars of shares forfeited during the preceding year. The volumes are registered as 367/3 and 367/4.
