Full description

These are a miscellaneous collection of documents acquired by the Public Works Department. They include a copy of the conditions of sale of Wiseman's Montavbor Estate, at Wollombi; a copy of the will of George Brown of Dapto; a statutory declaration of Elvira Richardson re claim of land at Rose Bay; surrender of land at Burragorang to the Crown; deed of covenant between the Crown and Bank of Australasia for construction of pavement in Martin Place; and assignment of license and right to tramway and railway at Martin's Creek by William Burns Wilson to Crown.
