Full description
The cards show year, progressive number, date forwarded, from whom received and when, the number of the departmental papers, subject, previous and subsequent papers, and result under the heading "Disposal of Papers", (date sent...) "to Department" and "Submission".Without file movement registers, one must follow the registers through by the number of the letter in the last column in order to locate a particular paper.
There appear to be some cards missing: 1917/1-20 and 1924/1-150.
